Some people talk about building systems. I have been building them for over two decades.

I am Mashaunda Tuck, founder of The Mashaunda Method and CEO of GabbyCrafts™. I am not a coach. I am a business systems and operations strategist. There is a difference, and it matters.

The Foundation

I have spent over 27 years in federal service, rising through one of the most structured, high-stakes operational environments that exists. I am also a U.S. Navy Veteran who served during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. That background did not just teach me discipline. It taught me how systems work under pressure, how organizations break down without structure, and how the right operational framework is the difference between a mission that succeeds and one that falls apart.

That experience came with me into entrepreneurship. Every workflow I build, every system I design, every backend I structure for a business owner is shaped by what I know about how real operations function at the highest level.

The Education

I hold two master's degrees. A Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Judicial Policy and a Master of Science in Information Technology and Assurance. I have earned seven professional certifications from institutions including Harvard University, Cornell University, Georgia Tech, IBM, Temple University, and Paradigm 360. I also hold over a dozen federal level certifications spanning intelligence, adjudications, and operational leadership.

I did not collect credentials for the resume. I built expertise across disciplines so I could bring the full picture to every business I touch.

The Business Experience

I built GabbyCrafts™ from scratch over seven years while working a full-time federal career. No investor funding. No team handing me a playbook. I figured out pricing, fulfillment, digital product development, funnel strategy, AI integration, content systems, and customer retention by doing the work every single day.

GabbyCrafts™ holds an A+ BBB rating. It was voted Best in Georgia in 2025. It was featured in VoyageATL in 2023. And it is still running, still growing, and still operating with the systems I built inside it.

That hands-on experience is what separates what I offer from what most business consultants can give you. I have not just studied small business operations. I have lived them.

I also serve as the National Director of Operations for the 10th Annual Ultimate Entrepreneurship Seminar. I do not just build systems for other businesses. I run them at scale.
