Black Friday Workflow Automation Setup: Service Agreement

Please read this agreement before submitting your registration and paying through Shopify.

1. Service Included

The $297 one-time purchase covers configuration and testing of up to two (2) agreed-upon, straightforward automation workflows using the customer's existing compatible platforms. Work may include triggers, actions, conditions, supported app connections and a brief handoff. All workflow requests must be technically feasible and agreed upon before implementation.

2. Customer Eligibility and Responsibilities

The customer must already have a fully functioning website, a finalized Black Friday offer, and an established checkout or registration process. The customer must provide correct information, their existing offer link, required materials, active software subscriptions, timely decisions and secure collaborator access. Never submit passwords, payment credentials, API keys or sensitive customer data through the registration form.

3. When Work Begins and Completion Timeframe

A spot is not secured until the $297 payment is successfully completed through Shopify. Submitting an application alone does not reserve a spot or start work. Application review and preparation begin after payment is confirmed. Actual workflow configuration requires an agreed scope and the necessary access and information. Allow 5–7 days for completion, including testing, measured from the point payment, intake, scope approval and required access are all complete. Missing access, incomplete information, customer-requested changes and third-party platform limitations may affect scheduling and completion.

4. Testing Appointment

Once workflow configuration is complete, we will send a link to schedule a testing appointment. Testing appointments are scheduled in 15-minute increments. During the appointment, the agreed workflows will be tested against expected actions, as supported by the customer's connected platforms. Testing forms part of the 5–7 day service window, subject to the customer's timely appointment selection and availability. Testing verifies behavior under tested conditions but does not guarantee uninterrupted future operation of external platforms.

5. Digital Delivery and No Physical Shipment

This is a digitally delivered service performed within compatible online platforms. No physical product will be produced or shipped. Deliverables consist of the agreed configured workflows, the testing session and a brief handoff summary.

6. Excluded Services

This purchase does not include website design, development or repairs; Black Friday offer creation; product setup; content, graphics or copywriting; email campaigns or email automation setup; advertising or marketing; a Business Clarity Audit; a systems review or operational leak analysis; unrelated troubleshooting; custom programming; extra workflows; or ongoing support, maintenance or monitoring. Third-party subscriptions and software charges remain the customer's responsibility.

7. Marketing Responsibility and No Revenue Guarantee

We build the workflows. You bring the customers. The customer remains solely responsible for marketing their products or services, attracting prospective buyers, and generating website traffic. The Mashaunda Method© makes no guarantee of leads, traffic, conversions, sales, revenue or Black Friday campaign results.

8. Scope and Approvals

If a requested workflow cannot be completed within the agreed scope or with the customer's existing technology, The Mashaunda Method© will discuss workable alternatives before proceeding. Additional services require a separate agreement and may carry extra fees. The customer must review the configurations and approve activation where required.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds are available once work begins after payment confirmation, including application review and preparation, except where required by applicable law. No refund will be issued solely because the customer's Black Friday offer generates fewer sales, leads, conversions or revenue than expected, or otherwise produces an undesirable business outcome. Customers are purchasing the agreed digital workflow setup and testing service, not a particular financial result.

10. Registration, Payment and Limited Availability

Only 15 paid business registrations are available. Submission of an application alone does not reserve a spot. A spot is secured after successful payment of $297 through Shopify, while inventory remains. Registration closes November 6, 2026, or earlier if all paid spots sell out.
