The Mashaunda Method
Artificial Intelligence Use & Governance Policy
Effective Date: December 26, 2025

"My method is as unique as my name."
This Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy governs the design, deployment, use, and limitations of all AI-powered products, tools, services, automations, and educational resources offered by The Mashaunda Method (TMM).
The Mashaunda Method is a business systems and operations brand. It is not a coaching program, therapy service, or licensed professional services firm. All AI tools, frameworks, and educational resources are designed to support operational clarity and business structure, not to replace professional judgment or licensed expertise.
By accessing, purchasing, or using any The Mashaunda Method AI product or service, users agree to comply with this policy in full.

2. Purpose of The Mashaunda Method AI Products
The Mashaunda Method AI tools are designed to:
• Help business owners identify operational gaps, structural weaknesses, and system breakdowns
• Provide educational guidance and strategic frameworks for business operations
• Support decision-making around systems, processes, and operations, not replace it
• Improve efficiency, clarity, and business structure
• Help users understand their options, identify patterns, and move forward with confidence
These tools are not designed to act as a substitute for professional judgment, licensed services, legal counsel, financial advice, or human accountability. The Mashaunda Method is a systems and operations education brand, not a coaching program.
3. Human-in-the-Loop Requirement
All The Mashaunda Method AI systems operate under a human-in-the-loop philosophy. This means:
• AI outputs require human review before implementation
• Users remain fully responsible for all decisions made using AI-generated content
• AI does not act autonomously on behalf of users unless explicitly configured and approved by the user
• Business outcomes are the responsibility of the user, not the AI tool or the method
The Mashaunda Method does not guarantee outcomes based on AI recommendations.

The Mashaunda Method AI products do not provide:
• Legal advice or legal document preparation
• Medical or mental health advice
• Financial, tax, or investment advice
• HR, employment, or labor compliance advice
• Licensed business consulting or certified professional services
• Mental health or therapeutic counseling
Any information provided through The Mashaunda Method tools, courses, resources, or community is general, educational, and informational only. It reflects the methodology and operational frameworks developed by The Mashaunda Method and should be applied at the user's own discretion.
Users are strongly encouraged to consult licensed professionals for decisions involving legal, financial, medical, or regulatory matters.
5. Data Input & User Responsibility
5.1 User-Provided Information
Users are solely responsible for:
• The accuracy and completeness of all data they input into any The Mashaunda Method tool or system
• Ensuring they have full rights to any content, data, or business information they upload or submit
• Avoiding the submission of sensitive personal data unless explicitly required by the tool
• Applying the outputs to their own business context with appropriate judgment

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, users must not input:
• Social Security numbers or government-issued identification numbers
• Full financial account details, banking credentials, or payment information
• Protected health information of any individual
• Passwords, authentication credentials, or access tokens
• Confidential client, employer, or third-party data without proper authorization
6. Privacy & Data Handling
The Mashaunda Method follows a data-minimization approach across all AI systems and platforms.
• AI systems only process data necessary to deliver the intended service
• Data may be temporarily processed through platforms including Systeme.io, Klaviyo, and Make (Integromat) to generate outputs and deliver automations
• The Mashaunda Method does not sell user data
• Data retention practices follow applicable platform and vendor standards for each integrated service
Third-party platforms including Systeme.io, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Make (Integromat) maintain their own privacy policies that govern how data is handled within those systems. Users are encouraged to review those policies independently.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to use The Mashaunda Method AI products for:
• Illegal activities of any kind
• Fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or impersonation
• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Generating content that violates platform terms of service
• Circumventing laws, platform safeguards, or ethical boundaries
• Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing The Mashaunda Method frameworks, templates, or tools without written permission

Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. Ethical AI Commitments
The Mashaunda Method is committed to responsible AI use, including:
• Avoiding intentional bias or discrimination in all tools and systems
• Promoting transparency in how AI is used across products and services
• Designing AI tools to assist and support users, not to exploit or mislead
• Encouraging informed, ethical decision-making at every step
• Clearly identifying AI-assisted content and tools when appropriate
AI outputs may reflect limitations, gaps, or imperfections inherent to machine learning systems. The Mashaunda Method continuously works to improve accuracy and usefulness, but no system is without limitation.
9. Limitations of AI Outputs
Users acknowledge and understand that:
• AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate
• Outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic, and results will vary
• AI does not possess expert knowledge. It generates responses based on patterns and trained data
• AI-generated business frameworks, SOPs, and operational recommendations must be reviewed and adapted by the user before implementation
• Results may vary significantly depending on inputs, industry context, business stage, and execution
The Mashaunda Method makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output for any specific business situation.
10. Intellectual Property
AI-generated outputs produced through The Mashaunda Method tools are provided for the purchasing user's personal business use unless otherwise stated in the product terms.
